Kate and Cam McLeay have a passion for wellness and adventure. They lived, with their three children, for over a decade in Uganda running tourism adventures and building schools. Kate, a former international school principal, now dedicates her time to organizing and hosting wellness
retreats, curating and delivering mindfulness and mediation training to discerning workplaces, her favourite marae, schools and the local prison. With well over a thousand hours of well-being training including yoga, mindfulness, meditation, yoga Nidra and energy healing, plus a degree in
Education and a Diploma in Massage therapy..her mother would be happy she is doing something useful. Cam is world-renown as an adventure guide co-leading the world’s longest river journey ‘Ascend the Nile’ from Egypt to Rwanda. Cam and Kate established an international rafting business and he has led rafting expeditions around the world for almost 40-years counting Prince William, Joanna Lumley, Top Gear and some of the world’s wealthiest super-yacht owners as his guests. He now enjoys sharing his tales of his exploits, guiding adventures closer to home and sharing over two decades of yoga and mindfulness practice with those ready to start that journey.
